BOOKING & PAYMENT - All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received in full. - Prices are shown per rider/entry and include any applicable booking fees unless stated otherwise. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS - If you need to cancel, please contact the organiser as early as possible. - Refunds are at the organiser's discretion and may not be available close to the event date. - If the event is cancelled by the organiser, you will be offered a transfer or a refund. RIDER RESPONSIBILITY & SAFETY - Motorsport is dangerous. You take part entirely at your own risk. - You must ride within your ability and follow all instructions from marshals and organisers at all times. - Appropriate safety equipment (including a helmet) must be worn whenever you are on track. - Your machine must be in a safe, roadworthy condition and meet any class requirements. ELIGIBILITY & LICENSING - You are responsible for holding any licence, membership, or insurance required for your class. - The organiser may refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the entry requirements. LIABILITY - To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser and venue accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from attendance or participation. MEDIA - Photography and video may be captured at the event for promotional purposes. By attending you consent to such use unless you notify the organiser in writing. CONDUCT & CHANGES - The organiser reserves the right to amend the schedule, classes, or these terms where reasonably necessary. - Anyone behaving dangerously, abusively, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be removed without refund. By booking you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
